Assume you have got a fantastic ability to tell time accurately, just looking at the sky. Even at night, you could accurately pinpoint the time. People around you are so surprised and amazed about your rare quality. People treat you as a time teller, leader, or visionary!! You have got a lot of followers…..
On the other hand, you do not have any fabulous quality like time telling or new idea generation quality. But you are a hard-working person and work for the company. You build an average clock for the company to get the time whenever they need it. Maybe your quality is not rare, like a time-teller or idea generator, but your clock serves many. Even after your departure or death, your followers or co-workers will get time.
